Payment And Pricing
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. For deliveries outside of England, Wales and Southern Scotland there will be additional shipping charges. In such cases costs will be calculated on volumetric weight and you will be notified by email within 2 working days of any additional costs to be paid. Alternatively, you can contact us first for overall delivery costs.
We accept most major credit/debit cards, and all payments are processed by HSBC on their secure server. You must provide us with your exact billing and delivery address.
| Shipping And Handling All delivery times are set out on the website and are found above the checkout prices on the extended information pages. You can also specify approximately when you would like your items delivered during the checkout process. In the case of items being out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise of delivery time or to issue a full refund if you wish. The majority of orders we despatch on a pallet to ensure that the risk of damge is minimal. The products are securely wrapped and strapped to the pallet by our warehouse staff. For smaller items, such as bathroom accessories, plumbing parts and electrical components, we send by Royal Mail First Class service. It is important that you check your goods upon delivery for any noticeable damages caused during transit. If you see any sign that they may have been damaged in transit please write 'damaged' when signing for them. Any claims for courier damage will not be considered unless you do so. It is possible to have the goods delivered to a different address than that of the registered card user who makes payment, and this option is available during the checkout process. We will deliver to the address specified by you, and any address changes made after the goods have left our warehouse will incur a £20.00 additional charge. For orders over £1000 delivery is free of charge. We deliver throughout mainland UK. If buying from outside of the UK please contact us first before shopping to arrange method of shipping and prices. |

Returns Policy
Only in the event of damaged or faulty goods will we accept returns, offer refunds or exchange items. If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with a purchase you must notify us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. For details on how to return the goods please contact us.
If returning an item to us please ensure it is packaged exactly as it arrived to you, in the condition that you accepted it. All items should be returned to us within 7 days of notifying us of your wish to return them. We will refund or exchange within 30 days of notification.

We strongly advise that you do not book your plumber or undertake any preparatory work until you have received and checked your goods.
