All delivery times are set out on the site and are found above the checkout prices on the extended information pages. We always aim to deliver within 10 days of payment, and will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery. In the cases of items being out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise of delivery time or to issue a full refund if you wish.

The majority of orders we despatch on a pallet to ensure that the risk of damge is minimal. The products are securely wrapped and strapped to the pallet by our warehouse staff. For smaller items, such as bathroom accessories, plumbing parts and electrical components, we send by Royal Mail First Class service.

It is important that you check your goods upon delivery for any noticeable damages caused during transit. If you see any sign that they may have been damaged in transit please write 'damaged' when signing for them. Any claims for courier damage will not be considered unless you do so.

It is possible to have the goods delivered to a different address than that of the registered card user who makes payment, and this option is available during the checkout process. We will deliver to the address specified by you, and any address changes made after the goods have left our warehouse will incur a £20.00 additional charge.

For orders over £1500 delivery is free of charge. We also welcome collections from our warehouse and showroom in Fenton, Stoke-on-trent. Please contact us first to arrange a time to collect.

We deliver throughout mainland UK. If buying from outside of the UK please contact us first before shopping to arrange method of shipping and prices.
