Payment & Pricing

All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. For deliveries outside of England, Wales and Southern Scotland there will be additional shipping charges. In such cases costs will be calculated on volumetric weight and you will be notified by email within 2 working days of any additional costs to be paid. Alternatively, you can contact us first for overall delivery costs.

We accept most major credit/debit cards, and all payments are processed by HSBC on their secure server. You must provide us with your exact billing and delivery address.

Cancellation of orders

If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with a purchase you must notify us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. For details on how to return the goods please contact us.
Only in the case of missing or faulty items will Bathrooms 4U be liable for the delivery cost of returns.
We will refund or exchange within 30 days of notification.

Returns

If returning an item to us please ensure it is packaged exactly as it arrived to you, in the condition that you accepted it. All items should be returned to us within 7 days of notifying us of your wish to return them. Please note that returns of non-faulty goods will incur a 15% restocking charge.

Bathrooms 4 U Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
